On the evening of July 21, 2017, Happiness from Palm Fan Dance themed as “My Home Beautiful Yuxi” of the 5th China Nie’er Music Chorus Week was performed at Nie’er Grand Theater，Hongta District, Yuxi Municipality, Yunnan Province. More than 1000 audiences appreciated the performance.

On the evening of July 19, 2017, the first performance of “Nie’er Cup” Chorus of the 5th China Nie’er Music Chorus Week was held at Nie’er Grand Theater, Hongta District, Yuxi Municipality, Yunnan Province. In recent days, the journalist learned from the organizing committee office that the 13th Natural Mushroom Fair would be held from July 20 to July 24 in Yimen County, Yuxi Municipality, Yunnan Province. These litchi trees were 580 years old, so they were called the Holy Trees of Litchi.

Yuxi Municipality would take 3-5 years to build“City of Nie’er Music”with an annual fund of RMB 12 million yuan from this year to build Yuxi into a city with elegant music style, strong music atmosphere and flourishing music culture. Yuxi would take efforts to build itself into a city for appreciating elegant music in Yunnan Province, an important place for music activities in China and finally an influential “City of Nie’er Music” in China and even in the world.

On June 28, 2017, Yuxi Daily invited 4 photographers to Yicibei Village Committee, Wadie Township, Yuanjiang County, Yuxi Municipality, Yunnan Province which was a linkage of Yuxi Daily for poverty alleviation to take photos for senior villagers. Yicibei Village was a typical poor village in mountainous area, in which many senior villagers hadn’t any photos except those for their ID cards. A public welfare photography activity had been lasted for three days and took photos for more than 300 senior villagers from 17 village groups. The photos would be sent to the seniors after being printed and framed.
