
Yuanjiang Mango Festival Hit a Record High in Tourist Reception
Yuanjiang County enhanced propaganda and sales to promote the service industry, to build the brand of Yuanjiang mango, and to upgrade the Yuanjiang fame of “avoiding the cold and plenty of fruits” taking all kinds of festivals as platforms.
The 14th China Yuanjiang Mango Festival was successfully held from June 23 to June 25 with the theme of “ Golden Mango and Hot Yuanjiang”, which hit a record high in tourist reception. The occupancies of star hotels reached 100%. 289,480 tourists visited Yuanjiang and the social tourism income reached RMB114.87 million yuan, up 20% and 35% respectively compared to the same period. 257,147 tourists paid one-day visit and 32,333 tourists stayed overnight, up 19% and 28% respectively compared to the same period.
