

A few days ago, the unveiling ceremony of the Colorful Yunnan Gryffindor Bicycle Training Base was held at the Mopanshan Sakura Manor in Xinping, which is also the first designated base for the Gryffindor Tournament in Yunnan Province. The Mopanshan Gryffindor Bicycle Training Base is jointly constructed by the Yunnan Gryffindor Bicycle Club and Xinping Mopanshan Sakura Manor Co., Ltd and is the only professional bicycle training base in Yunnan. Mopanshan Mountain is an ideal place for bicycle training and competition, with its great location and climate, it is uniquely endowed by nature. On October 22nd, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Economic Daily jointly released the "18th Report on China's Urban Competitiveness" as part of the major achievements of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences innovation project. Li Zhiming, the manager and a Taiwanese businessman, told reporters that since April, his factory has been supplying parts for more than 400 mask mold machines every month and the total shipment volume is about 3,000 per month. During the epidemic, his factory provided additional job opportunities for local workers unable to leave their locale. At the same time, his company also provided skill training for workers who intended on staying behind, helping to “guarantee employment”. On September 24th, the last 32-meter-long T-beam weighing 140 tons landed steadily on the piers of the Lixinzhai Fourth-Line Bridge, marking the completion of the bridge erection on the China-Laos Railway. The Lixinzhai Fourth-Line Extra Large Bridge is located in Tongchangchong Village of Yuanjiang County in the Yuxi Municipality. It is the longest simply-supported T-beam extra-large bridge of the domestic section on the China-Laos Railway. The bridge is 952.8 meters long and the highest pier is 54.5 meters. The China-Laos railway is more than 1,000 kilometers long and is an important transportation infrastructure for connecting China with neighboring countries. As a domestic section of the China-Laos Railway, the Yuxi to Mohan Line connects with Yuxi in the north and Mohan at the China-Laos border port in the south. It is connected to the Laos section of the China-Laos Railway which is still under construction. The total length of the line is 508 kilometers. It is a national first-class electrified railway. After it is completed and opened for use, it will only take approximately three hours from Kunming to Jinghong in Xishuangbanna. In order to further promote Huaning's global tourist attraction, and increase its popularity, the 18th China·Yunnan Huaning Citrus Festival will be held on September 18th. During the three-day festival, there will be series of activities such as Huaning Citrus Fair, the Intangible Cultural Heritage and Local Specialty Products Fair, Huaning Ceramics Billet Skills Competition, Short Video Competition, exhibitions, and so on. Different from previous years, there will be a live promotion of Huaning citrus and pottery on line this year. For years the government has been trying to take the plateau characteristic fruit market as a platform to promote agricultural efficiency, farmers' income, and rural development.
