Among all the 5 stations, Yuxi Station focuses on the development of new business forms and new economy such as health care, business support, leisure & entertainment, and convenient logistics, to build a new city with high-speed railway. Yanhe Station is working on the layout of grain storage, cold chain logistics, CNC machine tools and other industries, to create a new model of the deep integration of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry. Eshan Station and Huanian Station are working on the development of green steel, equipment manufacturing and integrated logistics industries, vigorously promoting the replacement and upgrading of Yukun and Xianfu steel production capacity. Yuanjiang Station is making efforts on creating silicon manganese alloy, nickel, manganese, cobalt nonferrous metal metallurgical new materials industry, logistics, commerce and so on.

On November 8, many tourists and photographers waited early at the Sunrise Observation platform of Ailao Mountain in Yaonan Village, Gasa Town, Xinping County.
