On July 6th, 2019, Conference on Development and Seminar on Investment Promotion and Talents Attracting of the International Pottery Capital Huaning, sponsored by Yuxi Municipal People's Government, was held in Yuxi Municipality, Yunnan Province, P. On June 25th, 2019, the signing ceremony of “Internet +” New Economy Project between Yuxi and Jingdong Cloud was held in Kunming. On May 28, 2019, the reporter learned from the Signing Ceremony of Yunnan Station of the Tour De France Challenge that the most famous Tour De France Challenge will be held by Fuxian Lake in Yuxi Municipality, Yunnan Province, China in October this year, which is the first time for the Tour De France Challenge to be held in southwest China. The Tour De France Challenge was held for the first time in China in 2017, with the sub-station competitions held in Changsha in 2017 and Beijing in 2018. On May 26 this year, the Tour De France Challenge was successfully held in Zhuji, the hometown of Xi Shi (famous Chinese beauty in ancient times). On May 20th, 2019 Training Course of Inheritance for Intangible Cultural Heritage officially opened by Yuxi Municipal Culture Museum (Yuxi Municipal Center for Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection), with a total of 79 participants. The training would continue until July 18th, 2019. Recently, the sponge construction project of Nie'er Park was completed and opened to the public as a whole. The project further improved the supporting facilities and landscape quality, enhanced the site vitality and interest, and turned Nie'er Park into a diversified ecological leisure park. The construction was started in March 2018 and was completed on April 30 this year. The project takes the sponge function as the core, aimed at improving ecological green isle of Yuxi and constructing the water ecosystem with self-purification ability by adding artificial wetland, lake body modified filler and implementing rainwater and sewage diversion. At the same time, the overall landscape structure of the park was transformed, with Children's Recreation Center, Flower Field Science Center, Folk Path Center, Wetland Purification Center, Singing and Dancing Center, Waterfront Recreation Center, Flower Slope Viewing Center, etc. This renovation project gives priority to the construction of the park's healthy water system, plant habitat and other ecosystems, and forms a complete ecosystem through the combination of a variety of aquatic plants and the release of various fish, shrimp and shellfish.
