Brief description of the project | The project plans to construct 297,948.9 square meters (446.7 mu) with overall investment 8 billion yuan and the construction will be completed within 3 to 4 years. It will build up a new urban complex in the former industrial district in Shuangshuitang. The project consists of A and B sectors, of which Sector A takes up 340 mu and Sector B 106.7 mu. This area will be transformed into residence, trade, shopping center, and commercial complex. |

Construction conditions | Hongta District lies in the central part of Yunnan Province, enjoying convenient transportation and agreeable climate. It occupies 1,004 square kilometers and the elevation in urban area is 1,630 meters. It belongs to subtropical plateau monsoon climate with annual average temperature at 16 ℃. In 2014, the district realized GDP 61.745 billion yuan and GRP 23.22 billion yuan, and contributed local revenue 2.812 billion yuan. Its per capita GDP ranked number 1 and it had been in top 10 strongest economic developments of all counties in the whole province in seven successive years. |
Supply of major materials and supplementary materials, and labor force | The main materials such as concrete and steel can be purchased locally. Water for non-residential use is charged 4.7 yuan per cubic meter and power is supplied at the present local rate. Labor force is sufficient. |
