Brief description of the project | The project site is far from any industrial zones. It is multi-functional featuring recreation and fitness. It consists of six zones and one garden, namely, hotel, vacation zone, therapy and health care zone, seniors’ college, fitness club, exercises zone, and recreation garden. It occupies 200 mu and will complete construction in two years. |
Construction basis | The project operates in accordance with relevant policies of the state, the province, and the city. It is a component of the overall urban construction planning of Yimen County. |
Construction conditions | The site is located in urban area of the county. The climate is mild, environment nice, the terrain flat, and transportation convenient. Construction materials are handy. Geology and culture of the county can all meet the requirements for the project. |
Supply of major materials and supplementary materials, and labor force | Raw materials: sandstones and concretes can be purchased locally and the transportation is within 10 kilometers. Wood and steel can be purchased in Kunming and the transportation is about 86 kilometers. Supplementary materials: Power and water are in sufficient supply. Labor force: the county is rich in redundant labor and employment is about 80 yuan per day. |
Preparation and progress | The land for construction is already in place. The project is in the early stage planning and filing application. |
Impact on environment | The operation of the project is strictly following relevant technical requirements and thus has little impact on the environment. After its completion, it will greatly improve local environment. |
