Introduction

The project has combined the colorful and deep foundation of ethnic culture with the city’s lively atmosphere, performing the dual roles of showing the ethnic culture and being the reception room of the city, supplying the comprehensive open space of the city to eating, shopping, having fun and living, creating a city centre with a cultural foundation and city activities that are seen as unique. The total area of the project is 132mu, including the road construction, green landscaping, bodies of water and the city complex. The ethnic customs park is divided into six zones based on the different functions:

1. Pedestrian street for commodity trading, covering 20mu.

2. Delicious food collection zone, covering 13.98mu.

3. Scenery leisure area, covering 7.89mu.

4. Happy farmhouse experience zone, covering 39.4mu.

5. Waterscape leisure area, covering 25mu.

6. Vegetation cultivation and protection zone, covering 26mu.

Construction period of two years

Implementation Principle

The project belongs to the western development industry which is encouraged by the country, complying with the spirit of the Opinions on Accelerating Industrial Restructuring and Upgrading (YF [2014] No. 20) and conforming to the industrial development direction of Yunnan Province.

Construction Condition

The project site has been adapted to land for construction. The construction condition is favorable for the perfectly basic facilities, such as the supply of water, electricity, transportation and communication, as well as gas station.

Supply of Main and Supplementary Materials and Availability of Labor Resources

The main materials such as steel products, cement and stones are produced and sold in the local vicinity and other materials are sold at a cheap price with convenient transportation. Supplementary materials like water, electricity, communication, etc. are all adequate. The labor resources are abundant and the average labor cost is RMB3,370 yuan each month. Besides, labor resources required by the project construction can have one-on-one training organized by the local vocational colleges and labor service centers.

So far, preliminary planning & designing and land leveling have been done.

The project meets the requirements of the relevant national laws and regulations of environmental protection.

Investment estimation: RMB150 million yuan

Way of fund raising: corporation self-financing

Preliminary Economic Benefit Analysis

The ethnic local conditions and customs park can hold over 3,000 tourists in the park. Every year it will receive over 600,000 tourists and will realize annual sales revenue of RMB 70 million yuan. The investment payback period is three years.
