Introduction

In order to accelerate western expansion of Xinping County and improve the bearing capacity of the county, the plan is to implement five projects, including the landscape transformation of the Naxi River Wetland, the reconstruction and expansion project of Zihu Lake and Xinping Avenue, the road network construction project in the demonstration area and the promotional project of Huashan Park. It will drive the project construction of the 876mu surrounding lands for commercial development by building municipal infrastructure and ecological parks.

Construction Condition

Since the construction site is flat and stable with a convenient supply of water, traffic and electricity, it entertains good conditions for the using of large machines and the transport and stacking of crude materials.

Supply of Main and Supplementary Materials and Availability of Labor Resources

There are abundant sand deposits and water sources for the project construction. The labor population in Xinping is about 220,000, and generally the wage for a labor is about RMB1,800 yuan each month.

First-Phase Preparations and Progress

The municipal road network has entered the stage of construction drawing design, while other projects including the Naxi Wetland Project, Zihu Lake Project and Huashan Park Project are under the design planning scheme. 1,036mu lands have been collected for the project.

Environmental Impact

The project is being implemented in strict accordance with the relevant industrial standards and corresponding measures have been taken, thus it will have little influence on the surroundings and the environmental requirements can be met.

Total investment: RMB600 million yuan

Way of fund raising: corporation self-financing

Preliminary Economic Benefit Analysis

By implementing the project, the project construction of the 876musurrounding lands for commercial development will be driven, the developing goal of using the land properly and profitably will be realized, the construction of the western new district of Xinping County will be promoted and a very considerable economic profit will be achieved.
