The Cloud Sea and Terrace Fields in Nanuo Hani Nationality Township
The scenic spot is located in Nanuo Hani Nationality Township that is about 198 kilometers away from Yuxi and 66 kilometers away from Yuanjiang downtown. It is the humanistic and historic relics of the Hani people and the demonstration of their farming culture. The terrace is bristling with the mountains and forests as the background. Streams flow down in the ditches. In spring and winter time, fogs can form a cloud sea floating above the terrace, which makes part of the terrace visible and part invisible. Nanuo is an ideal place to view the terrace fields, the cloud sea, the villages, and the sunrise, and enjoy the Hani culture.
