
The Xiangbishan Mountains Hot-spring Forest Park
The park is located in the south of the county, beside the Xiangbi Hot-spring, 8 kilometers away from the county town, 47 kilometers away from the Hongta District, and 132 kilometers away from Kunming. It is a 2A park of national level and a provincial forest park. The park is compromised of the Xiangbi Hot-spring, the Jinsuo Bridge, the Huolong Temple, the Steles Forest, the Cuiping Mountain, the Xiangbi Ridge, and a holiday resort.
The Xiangbi Hot-spring was developed in the Eastern Han Dynasty about 2,000 years ago. The water temperature remains between 39℃ to 41℃. The water quality is of high level that can be used for bathing as well as drinking. According to a state appraisal, there are 24 microelements in the water that are essential to human body. Three of the elements, namely metasilicate, strontium and lithium, reach the national standard for drinkable natural spring water. The water also has therapy function.
The holiday resort in the park is a resort with services for holidays, conference, therapy, sports training and recreation.

With 3.5 meters wide, 10 meters long, and weighing 6 tons, it perfectly replicates the iconic dual-cassette tape recorder from the 1980s, and the owner continuously plays pop music from the 1980s, attracting an increasing number of netizens and tourists to explore it. This highly creative café, which has gone viral on social media, has become a popular local landmark for photo check-ins.

Cherry blossoms are in full bloom at Hongtashan Park, attracting visitors with its springtime spectacle. On March 25, many citizens flocked here to admire the flowers, enjoy the scenery, and take photos, creating a beautiful landscape. Every year when the cherry blossoms bloom, Hongtashan Park draws a large number of tourists.
