Introduction |
The Fuxian Lake is the largest deep freshwater lake in China. Its comprehensive water quality is of class-I standard. Clear and shining, boundless and blue, the lake is like a dazzling pearl inlaid in the southern part of the enchanting Chengjiang plain on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, mutually adding radiance and charm to mountains and rivers, the sun and the moon. The project is proposed to uniformly renovate the dwellings along the Fuxian Lake into peculiar lakeside inns with the investments from top-ranking domestic enterprises by reference to the development and operation mode of Shuanglang Town, Dali City. The total investment of the project is estimated to be RMB1 billion, and the construction period is 3 years. |

The average annual temperature here is 11.9-17.5 degrees Centigrade, the average annual rainfall is 900-1,200mm, and the climate is pleasant, not too cold in winter nor too hot in summer. The project site is flat with convenient traffic and favorable conditions for construction. |

The raw materials for construction such as stone and cement can be purchased on the local market. Here, the traffic is convenient, water and electricity resources are abundant and supplied at a price as prescribed by corresponding municipal and county-level standards. The labor force can be locally supplied at the price of about RMB75/day. |

This company is a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization engaged in the production and sales of rose seedlings, potted roses, potted succulents and potted phalaenopsis. With a very productive operation mode, this company has built a research and development platform in cooperation with multiple scientific research institutes, and owns 17 national patents. Flowers from Yuxi are sold far to first-tier and second-tier cities across China and have become a well-known brand in Yunnan's flower industry.
