Introduction	The bronze wares excavated from the ancient tombs at Lijiashan Village, Jiangchuan County can be regarded as the outstanding representatives of ancient Yunnan culture. The project is planned to innovate and enrich the cultural tourism industry of Jiangchuan County by digging and sorting out the Lijiashan bronze culture and by combining it with the life style of Yunnan minorities and the features of modern arts. A street lined with bronze cultural industries will be built on both sides of Chengchuan Road from Jiangchuan County to Yucun Village, Qianwei Town, and a special cultural village will be formed between Xinhezui Village and Yucun Village. In the meantime, special tourism will be developed by combining the copper workshops, museum, ethnic culture school, copper product boutique museum with the tourist attractions, thus making the project a growth point of Yunnan’s sustainable tourism development. The construction period of the project is 4 years.

Construction Condition	The project is close to the downtown of Jiangchuan County, where the traffic is convenient, the utilities and infrastructures are complete, the construction and implementation conditions are favorable.
Supply of Main and Supplementary Materials and Availability of Labor Resources	Principal raw materials: As an important copper producing area in China, Yunnan is rich in copper resources, the raw materials of copper wares. The gravels and cement are produced within the county, and the steel can be purchased from nearby markets. Currently, the steel output of Yuxi City has been up to a million tons, which can be used to produce various grades of steel products to meet the construction needs of the project. On average, more than 1,000 students of junior colleges and technical secondary schools would graduate each year. In addition, there are over 50,000 surplus laborers in rural areas. Thus, the labor force is sufficient to meet the demands of industrial development.
First-Phase Preparations and Progress	The project has been planned.
Environmental Impact	Relevant control standards should be adopted during the project construction. A small amount of waste water, waste residues, dust, and noise will be produced during the processing of copper wares, and they can be treated to meet the environmental protection requirements. The domestic wastewater can be treated in sewage networks to minimize the impact upon the surroundings.

Preliminary Economic Benefit Analysis	After the project is construction, the sales revenue is estimated to reach RMB1.5 billion by 2020, resulting from ethnic culture school, copper product boutique museum, catering, inns, tourism, traffic, logistics, e-commerce, agricultural and sideline products. The copper wares (bornite handicrafts included) in particular will bring high added value and big profits.

On July 21st, workers were busy among the lush potted flowers in the intelligent flower planting greenhouse of Yuxi Ziyu Flower Industry Co., Ltd. This company is a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization engaged in the production and sales of rose seedlings, potted roses, potted succulents and potted phalaenopsis. Recently, visitors to Yimen have noticed a café in Luzhi Town, which looks exactly like a tape recorder. With 3.5 meters wide, 10 meters long, and weighing 6 tons, it perfectly replicates the iconic dual-cassette tape recorder from the 1980s, and the owner continuously plays pop music from the 1980s, attracting an increasing number of netizens and tourists to explore it. This highly creative café, which has gone viral on social media, has become a popular local landmark for photo check-ins.

Cherry blossoms are in full bloom at Hongtashan Park, attracting visitors with its springtime spectacle. On March 25, many citizens flocked here to admire the flowers, enjoy the scenery, and take photos, creating a beautiful landscape. Every year when the cherry blossoms bloom, Hongtashan Park draws a large number of tourists.

Performers of Yuxi Nie’er Bamboo Orchestra performed on the D87 China-Laos Railway international passenger train in Jan. 14.
