Cambodia Delegation Visited Yuxi
On June 13, Cambodia Delegation visited Yuxi to learn about the economic & social development and new rural construction after they attended 2017 South & Southeast Asia Commodity Expo and Investment Fair.
Mr. Soun Bava, Governor of Banteay Meachey Province of Cambodia led a delegation of 5 persons to visit Yuxi Manor, the Time Plank Road beside Fuxian Lake, Hongta Group and Dayingjie Community. At Yuxi Manor, the delegation saw the new technology and methods in tobacco planting and hoped to bring them to Cambodia and use in the agricultural development. The delegation said high praise for the water quality and the charming ecological environment of Fuxian Lake when walking on the Time Plank Road beside Fuxian Lake. The delegation learned about the cigarette production and saw advanced equipment and technology in Hongta Group. The delegates also learned about the new rural construction and party construction in grass-roots at Dayingjie Community, Hongta District, Yuxi Municipality, Yunnan Province.
Mr. Soun Bava said that the visit to Yuxi got abundant harvests. They saw not only the beautiful scenery, but also the effective planting technology. They felt a good leadership leading villagers to become rich, as well as the achievements from advanced production technology. Mr. Soun Bava expressed that the good experiences and methods would be adopted to promote the economic and social development according to the specific situations in Banteay Meachey Province.
