3 Big Tourism Investment Projects from Yuxi Signed Contracts in Tourism Investment Fair
On the afternoon of Nov. 13, tourism investment fair of 2015 China International Travel Mart was held in Dianchi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center in Kunming. 3 investment projects from Yuxi signed contracts in this fair, and each of them were over one hundred million.
111 companies from home and abroad were invited to this fair, among which, 10 were famous hotel management companies from the United States, Britain, France, Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries and regions, and 4 tourism companies were from The Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and other countries of southeast Asia. 35 famous companies and 24 chambers of commerce from other provinces in China also attended this fair. Cooperation agreements of 47 tourism projects were signed in this fair. At the meantime, many tourism investment projects in Yunnan and other surrounding countries were introduced, and a professional platform for investor, financial institutions and tourism companies to communicate and interact was built, which was a new bright spot of this fair and enriched the content of China International Travel Mart.
Different types of companies including domestic famous corporations and traditional tourism enterprises, and new internet tourism enterprise took part in this fair. Two projects in Yuanjiang County signed investment contracts, more specifically, Shanyunhuajie Manor Project and Southeast Asian Tropical Fruit Trading Center Project. Another tourism investment project about winter hibernation in Xinping also reached agreement in this fair and signed a contract. Investment into these 3 projects will reach 1.7 billion in total according to the contracts.
