
Yuxi National High-tech Zone was Rated as a National Model Industrial District for Harmonious Labor Relations
Yuxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone was awarded the National Model Harmonious Labor Relations and became one of the 50 district in China to receive this honor. It is also the only zone in Yunnan Province winning this award.
In recent years, Yuxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone regards harmonious labor relations as a brand card, to attract excellent laborers and skilled talents here, and provide sufficient and excellent human resources for the enterprises.
At present, among the private enterprises in the zone, there are 7 national high-level talents, 7 provincial-level high-level talents, 1 academician workstation, 3 research institutes, 1 internet university, and 5 expert (basic) workstations and 2 Innovative entrepreneurship demonstration bases. At the same time, an administrative bureau and an intelligent manufacturing service center were set up to provide one-stop services for enterprises.
In terms of its cultural construction, RMB 6 million yuan has been invested to build a Party and Masses Service Center, and another 1.25 million has been invested to build 12 demonstration bases for Party construction. There are 122 grass-roots labor unions with 14801 members, with a full coverage. Since 2013, 5 advanced teams, 10 advanced unions, 5 advanced workers' homes, 1advanced workers' family and 7 staff bookstores have been built.
