A Successful Case of Yuxi Rural Revitalization
In recent years, Feidatian Village in Fenglu Street, Chengjiang City has leveraged its ecological resource advantages by introducing Taikang Insurance Group Co., Ltd. for village-wide trusteeship and operation. It has explored the model of "transforming resources into assets, assets into capital, and farmers into shareholders," achieving a splendid transformation of "villages into scenic areas and farmlands into paradises." This initiative has enabled a good environment to bring about better lives, making it a new benchmark for the integrated development of agriculture, culture, and tourism in Yuxi's rural revitalization.
In recent years, relying on non-ferrous metal resources, Yimen County has planned and constructed a high-standard non-ferrous and rare precious metal industrial park, implemented actions to extend, supplement and strengthen the industrial chain, intensified targeted investment attraction for the entire industrial chain, and improved supporting facilities for upstream and downstream industries. It strives to achieve an output value of over 20 billion yuan by the end of 2025 and build itself into the "Platinum Capital of China". Up to now, there are 13 non-ferrous and rare precious metal enterprises in Yimen county. From January to August 2025, the total industrial output value reached 13.174 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.7%.
