Introduction

The project will mainly manufacture road & bridge formworks, tunnel jumbo and steel structuring products that were needed in the highway construction. The project will provide support for infrastructure construction of Yunnan Province after its completion. The project cover an area of 50mu with the total investment of RMB110 million, and the construction period is 2 years.

The project complies with the relevant policies in national, provincial, and municipal levels, and the overall development plan of city construction in Yimen County.

Construction Condition

The project is located at Maizitian Area, Special Ceramic Industrial Zone, Yimen County. The landscape is flat and and easy to develop with convenient transportation. With plentiful and accessible sources of construction, geological and human conditions are up to the requirements and standard.

Supply of Main and Supplementary Materials and Availability of Labor Resources

Raw materials: The sand-gravel aggregates and cements needed in project construction can be purchased in Yimen County within 10km distance from it; timbers, steels and other materials in Kunming within 100km distance from it; raw materials in kunming and other places within 100km distance from it.

Supplementary Materials: Abundant water and electric resources in Yimen can meet the demands of the project construction.

Labor force: With RMB80 per day for a common labor, the abundant labor force in the village of Yimen can meet the demands of the project construction.

First-Phase Preparations and Progress

Land has been purchased and is in storage, and the project has been in the process of preliminary plan and declared.

Environmental Impact

The construction and operation of project shall be strictly in accordance with relevant technical procedures; the “Three Wastes” shall be strictly in accordance with relevant regulations; the regional environment will be completely improved after construction.

Preliminary Economic Benefit Analysis

The project can reach annual value of production RMB150 million with gross profit of RMB30 million, which can provide 150-200 employment posts for the project.
