Introduction |
Stainless Steel has been widely used in many fields because of its practical, durable, artistic and healthy characteristics. The project plans to cover an area of 210mu. Production workshops, warehouses, administrative offices, research & development center and residential supporting houses will be newly built with the total building area of 148,500 m2 (including 135,000 m2 for production workshops, 2,000 m2 for warehouses, 1,500m2 for exhibition & sales center,3,000m2 for administrative offices, 2,000m2 for research & development center, and 5,000m2 for residential supporting houses). The estimation investment is RMB1 billion and the construction period is 2 years. |

Construction Condition |
The project is located in mild slops of low mountains and hills with stable stratum, so the construction condition is favorable; the infrastructures such as water, electricity, roads, culture, sports and sanitation are complete; the traffic is convenient, and the location is the junction and transport corridor communicating China’s land traffic to the Southeast Asian countries. |

Supply of Main and Supplementary Materials and Availability of Labor Resources |
Raw materials: mainly including laterite-nickel ore, coke powder, lime, scrap steel, coal, dolomite, quick lime, electrode paste, refractory materials Laterite-nickel ore can be purchased in Yuanjiang County; Yanhe Industrial Park is the steel logistic origin with annual throughput of over 10 million tons; other supplementary materials can be purchased within the Yuxi City. Water, electricity and liquefied gas in the Park have a sufficient supply. Labor Resources: Yuxi City has an abundant labor resources as about 7,500 annual graduates from professional technology major of vocational colleges and about 20,000 local people are available; the labor cost is about RMB1,500-2,000/month/person. |

Environmental Impact |
The analysis for project pollution impact on the environment shows that the project site is available. Foul water, exhaust air, construction noise solid wastes will be produced during the construction. Prevention and management measures will be adopted to reduce the pollution and the pollution will eliminate as long the end of construction. The project will lead to certain degree environment impact on the surroundings. The prevention and management measures should be wholly implemented to minimize pollution, and make pollution emission within relevant national standards. |
