The project intends to build a deep processing base in Zengsuo Area manufacturing powder, slices, tea leaves, moringa tea oil, vegetable protein beverage and rosemary essential oil. The intended floor area is 160mu with a building area of 8,000m2. Within a construction period of 3 years, the investment estimation is RMB320 million.

Supply of Main and Supplementary Materials and Availability of Labor Resources

The project demands huge amounts of moringa and rosemary. The company adopts the following three measures in order to guarantee sufficient supply of raw materials. First, the company constructs a planting base of moringa and rosemary. Second, the company adopts the mode of company + agricultural cooperative + base for moringa planting. It can help local farmers and provide raw materials for processing and manufacturing for the company as well. Third, Purchasing moringa in Yunnan Province to guarantee quantity and quality of the raw materials.

Auxiliary materials: Water, electricity and fuels could meet the requirements of construction.

Labor Resources: Sufficient labor force with the general price of about RMB 80 per day.

First-Phase Preparations and Progress

The project has finished its feasibility study report, and its land expropriation procedure is in process.

Environmental Impact

The project meets general planning. The environmental quality conditions of the region are good. Pollution controlling measures are feasible because of the complete planning of the main environmental protection infrastructure. Pollutant emissions can meet the demands of gross control, thus having little impact on the environment. The project is feasible from the viewpoint of environmental protection.
