Introduction

The total investment value of the project reach RMB2 billion yuan with an area of 564mu.
The project introduces domestic and foreign well-known enterprises to the central business district, and the construction items include large-scale department stores, hypermarkets, international brand discount stores, commodity brand name stores and malls for furniture and decorative materials, and skating rink, international food city, game center, cinecitta, catering and accommodations, and various exclusive shops selling gold and jewelry, domestic ceramics, handiworks, clothing, shoes and hats, household appliances and all kinds of specialties, and providing medical and health. The construction period is three years.

The project complies with the relevant policies and regulations of the State, having become a medium and long term local development plan.

Construction Condition

Materials that needed in the project include building stones, sand, gravel materials and lime. There are many sand stocking yards and cement factories with high quality and short transportation distance surroundings. Steel products can purchase from constructional materials markets of the city or can be transported directly from manufacture factories (such as Kunming Iron & Steel Holding Co., Ltd.), which supplies conveniently.

Supply of Main and Supplementary Materials and Availability of Labor Resources

Building stones, sand, gravel materials, lime and other materials: there are many sand stocking yards surroundings with good quality, so they can be used as building stone with a short transportation distance.

Cement: there are many cement factories in the county and surroundings,   their production of portland cement with various models can meet the constructions of project.

Steel: with convenient supply condition, the steel can be purchased from construction material market in the urban area or directly allocated and transported from the manufacturer (like Kunming Iron & Steel Holding Co., Ltd.)

Supplementary Materials: project site is located in the south area (suburb area) of Yuanjiang County has been accessible by postal communication and air transport and established trade relationships with other areas.

Labor Resource: rich in labor resources (most of the labor resources come from Yuanjiang County, Honghe County and Mojiang County), the labor cost is about RMB15,000-25,000 yuan/year.
