Introduction

The project plans to cover an area of about 623mu, constructing an auto plaza, auto supplies cluster, auto replacement center, auto detailing cluster, vehicle maintenance and repair chain center, finance and logistics information trading center, finance warehouse center, business supporting cluster and residential supporting district. The construction period is 2-3 years.

Implementation Principle

• On May 6th, 2010, Opinions on Supporting of Yunnan Province Fast Constructing Important Bridgehead Open to Southwest was approved and issued by the State Council;

• On May 27th, 2011, Cities Group in Central of Yunnan Province Planning (2009-2030) was issued by the People’s Government of Yunnan Province

Construction

Condition

Hongta District is located in the center region of Yunnan Province with convenient transportation and favorable weather. The total area of the land is 1,004km2, and the altitude of the central urban area is 1,630m. The whole district is subject to a mid-subtropical, humid and cold plateau monsoon climate with an annual average temperature of 16℃. In 2014, the per capita GDP of Hongta District ranked first in Yunnan Province with a total output value in Hongta District of RMB61.745 billion, a total output value of subordinate areas of RMB23.22 billion and local financial revenues of RMB2.812 billion. It has been listed in the Top 10 economically-developed counties in Yunnan Province for seven consecutive years. Project geological conditions and traffic conditions: the project is located in the Yuxi Ecologic and Cultural Core Area and at the entrance of the main road of expressway, which is 88km away from Kunming. The transportation is very convenient for there is a comprehensive transportation network covering many arterial traffics and airports.

The major raw materials and usage conditions: Car sales licensing agreement can be signed with 25 brand-name car manufacturers.

Accessories, fuel resources and usage conditions: Water, power, traffic, communication, and internet around the project are qualified to meet their needs.

Labor resources and supply condition: Labor resources can meet the needs of the project.

Preliminary Evaluation of Environmental Impact

The Three Wastes cannot cause a large impact on the environment. Project construction and operations shall be in accordance with relevant national environmental standards.
