Introduction

Anti-wave Fish is subject to cyprinidae, a special indigenous fish in Fuxian Lake. With soft fishbone, tender fish and fresh flavor, Anti-wave Fish is known by its special taste and traditional cuisine in the world. The two dishes, Anti-wave Fish Boiled in the Copper Pot and Salt-water Anti-wave Fish, have been winning good reputations for consumers. Together with splendid wonder that catch fish with waterwheel, it has become a special tourism resource. Anti-wave Fish, together with barbless carp, Dali Schizothoracin and sinocyclocheilus grahami are approved as the four famous fishes in Yunnan Province. The project plans to build 100mu artificial breeding base for Anti-wave Fish. The construction period is one year.

Implementation Principle

The project conforms to national correlated polices & regulations and development plan of agriculture industry in Chengjiang County.

Construction Condition

The annual average temperature is from 11.9℃ to 17.5℃, and the annual average rainfall is 900-1,200 mm. As there are many lakes, rivers and springs in the Chengjiang County, it has an abundant water resource. Also, it has convenient transportation and good construction conditions.

Supply of Main and Supplementary Materials and Availability of Labor Resources

Anti-wave Fish is originated from Chengjiang County, so the raw materials are sufficient. The local water resource is also abundant. The sufficient electricity resource makes its price implemented according to relevant standard in Yuxi City. The local labor price is about RMB75 yuan/day a person.

First-Phase Preparations and Progress

The feasibility study is conducting, and the project procedures are in the process of approval and review.

Environmental Impact

The project is located at the appropriate water outside the runoff area of Fuxian Lake, which conforms to the relevant protection regulations. The cultivation of fish doesn’t cause environment pollution. The water used in cultivating fish can use again for surrounding crop irrigation.

Estimation investment: RMB17 million yuan

Way of fund raising: corporation self-financing

Preliminary Economic Benefit Analysis

The project has a favorable prospect and considerable benefits.

The estimated annual output value can reach RMB20 million yuan with about annual benefit of RMB5 million yuan. The payback period is short and payback rate is high.
