Flower Industry Drives Income Growth of Farmers
Recently, in the intelligent greenhouse of Yunnan Lvjulong Biotechnology Co., Ltd., located in the Asian Flower Science and Innovation Valley in Jiuxi Town, Jiangchuan District, phalaenopsis are in brilliant bloom, and workers are carefully tending to them. With flower scientific and technological innovation and R&D at its core, and supported by digital industrialization and industrial digitalization, the Science and Innovation Valley has gathered 9 advantageous agricultural enterprises. The area of agricultural facilities reaches approximately 63.67 hectares, driving the income growth of surrounding farmers by over 12 million yuan.
In recent years, relying on non-ferrous metal resources, Yimen County has planned and constructed a high-standard non-ferrous and rare precious metal industrial park, implemented actions to extend, supplement and strengthen the industrial chain, intensified targeted investment attraction for the entire industrial chain, and improved supporting facilities for upstream and downstream industries. It strives to achieve an output value of over 20 billion yuan by the end of 2025 and build itself into the "Platinum Capital of China". Up to now, there are 13 non-ferrous and rare precious metal enterprises in Yimen county. From January to August 2025, the total industrial output value reached 13.174 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.7%.
